We specialize in leasing, selling, and purchasing of office and industrial properties. But from time to time, we engage in apartment sales and retail investments.
What areas (markets or submarkets) do you service?
LA submarkets (Commerce, South Gate, Norwalk, Bellflower, Bell Gardens, Glassell Park, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, East LA, Huntington Park and Downey) Parts of San Fernando Valley (Glendale, North Hollywood, Sun Valley and Burbank) and San Gabriel Valley (Pasadena, South Pasadena, and Altadena).
How long have you been in the CRE business?
Tolj Commercial has been in the CRE business for over 20 years. The company has been serving clients since 2004.
Do you own property?
Yes, we own and operate several apartment investment properties.

Yes, owner-occupied.
What type of CRE marketing services do you prefer?
We use both online marketing services (CREXi, LoopNet Premium, Costar Showcase, CRML Matrix, Commercial Café, Commercial Search, AIRCRE Catylist), social media (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn & Pinterest), eMail (eMail Campaigns and eBrochures) and traditional marketing (property videos, mailers/postcards, business letters, and marketing brochures)
How connected are you within in the area(s) of service?
I was the past President of the Eagle Rock Chamber of Commerce that allowed me the opportunity to interacted and build strong relationships with various businesses and property owners throughout Los Angeles, San Fernando, and San Gabriel Valleys. Also, I was a member of the ER land use committee which equipped me with various aspects of commercial real estate, stemming from land use, LA zoning/city ordinances to property development.
What makes your so firm different?
We are a relationship-driven service brokerage firm that prides itself on professionalism, quick responsiveness, result-oriented performance, and extensive market knowledge in every aspect of the real estate process – from research, purchase, or sell to contract negotiations to the close of escrow.
We don’t engage much in property management services at this time. We manage only a limited number of properties in Los Angeles.
